由于本系统PROFIBUS－DP要完成所有数据通信，因此对通信电缆要求可靠性高应选用SIEMENS推荐并提供的专用电缆。

由于本系统中用到了大功率可控硅装置，PLC应远离强干扰源。PLC不能与高压电器安装在同一个开关柜内，在柜内PLC应远离动力线(二者之间的距离应大于200mm)。与PLC装在同一个开关柜内的电感性元件，如继电器、接触器的线圈，应并联RC消弧电路。PLC的I/O线与大功率线应分开走线，如必须要在同一线槽中布线，信号线应使用屏蔽电缆。交流线与直流线应分别使用不同的电缆，开关量、模拟量I/O线应分开敷设，后者应采用屏蔽线。不同类型的线应分别装入不同的电缆管或电缆槽中，并使其有尽可能大的空间距离。

 

4 系统软件设计

测控软件是本系统的关键核心所在，同时也是难点。包括上位机测量软件及PLC 控制软件2 大块，测量软件主要由人机界面程序模块、数字信号处理程序模块、数据库程序模块等组成，均采用Visual C＋＋编程，在控制过程中，主程序可随时通过DAO 利用SQL 查询语句读写数据库中的相关数据。在生产结束之后，可以进行工艺阐述数据统计操作，可以任意选择统计开始时间和结束时间，计算机自动对该时间段的所有测量数据进行分类统计。并可以用条状图或者饼状图的形式直观的显示出来，相关数据可以进行备份、删除、导出、打印报表等操作，以利于厂家了解产品质量状况并采取有效措施改进生产工艺。

在上位机上，以WinCC 为人机接口的WinAC 系统，通过WinCC将时间取样数据和事件记录在数据库,可通过趋势曲线的形式反映温度、压力的历史记录。它具备完善的监控功能。包括设备运行状态、检测与执行器件工作状态、网络工作状态、过程参数、故障诊断及定位、各类报警信息、设备/器件状态信息等等。同时配置SQL Server 2000 数据库服务系统，是系统数据存贮、处理、分析及服务中心。数据库服务器向上连接生产管理部门（如工艺部、生产部），向下连接各个WinAC 系统，实现了生产任务、工艺指标的下发调度及实际过程参数的采集、归档，并终生产出生产报表和质量分析报表，为车间、生产管理部门及决策部门提鞍钢烧结厂球团车间包括321.6m2碚烧机组一台，生产工艺包括上料，配料，造球，碚烧炉，成品共五大系统，年产球团矿250万吨。原有控制系统采用Bailey公司的Net90控制系统，因年代较早，硬件和软件不稳定，且备件价格昂贵。因此，烧结厂决定利用一个月的检修期改造原有系统。1999年8月至9月间，更换了原有的18台Net90控制柜，并采用了美国AB的ControlLogix控制系统。系统运行至今效果显著。同时，因ControlLogix系统的通讯及软件(以ControlNet和RSView32为核心)的开放性及易扩展性，鞍钢烧结厂已决定建立全厂范围的以NT服务器为中心的二级管理计算机网。其目的是完成从控制层到管理层的完整的低成本自动化

一.球团车间控制系统的构成

系统的改造利用了原有的控制室空间分别由八个控制站组成，一号站(主控室)控制碚烧炉系统，二，三号站控制配料系统，四，五号站控制上料系统，六号站控制成品系统，七号站控制风路系统，八号站控制造球系统。系统共计约1600点的DI/DO和530点的AI/AO控制系统由三台CPU控制，其中1号CPU控制碚烧炉东侧风路系统和成品系统，2号CPU控制碚烧炉西侧风路系统，3号CPU控制上料系统，配料系统。在一号站主控室配置三台操作员接口，整个系统通讯由冗余的控制网ControlNet构成(两根75欧同轴电缆)连成一体，网络跨度800米，实现分布控制，集中管理。控制的对象是除电除尘器，仓库吊车之外的所有工艺设备。

二，碚烧炉系统主要控制原理

1.上料系统standard, which specifies the mode and function of information exchange between terminal and communication equipment. The communication between PLC and host computer is realized through RS-232C standard interface. The standard plug-in of RS-232C is a 25 pin D-type connector, and there are also 9 pins. However, in practical application, all 25 pins are not used up. The simplest communication requires only 3 leads, and the most is only 22. The electrical characteristics of RS-232C adopt negative logic, which stipulates that the "1" level is in the range of - 5 ~ - 15V, and the logic "0" is in the range of + 5 ~ + 15V. This has stronger anti-interference performance. The maximum transmission distance is 15m and the maximum transmission rate is 20kbit / s.

CP341 has three different interface modes: CP 341-rs 232C, CP 341-20ma TTY and CP 341-rs 422 / 485. CP341 itself supports three different two-way communication protocols:

The physical layer transmits unprocessed information on the channel. The layer protocol involves the mechanical, electrical and connection procedures of both communication parties. RS-232 is the physical layer protocol. The task of the data link layer is to transform the physical link that may have errors into an error free transmission line for the network layer. It forms the input data into a data frame and checks the correctness of transmission at the receiving end. If correct, send confirmation information; If it is incorrect, discard the frame and wait for the sender to time out and resend. The basic function of the transport layer is to receive data from the session layer, transfer it to the network layer, and ensure that these data arrive at the destination correctly. This layer controls the integrity of end-to-end data, ensures high-quality network services, and plays the role of interface between network layer and session layer.

 

Here, we focus on the cp341-rs232c interface mode. CP 341-rs 232C is a 9-pin sub-d plug with built-in rk512 communication protocol. In the program design, only fb7 needs to be added to ob0 on the PLC side (fb7 is executed every cycle), and the PLC will automatically respond to the data query and data modification instructions of the upper computer.
